A Nice Stay at Nailcote Hall
I was very eager to visit the Berkswell Museum, which allowed me to delve into the area's rich history. This motivation led me to choose Nailcote Hall for my stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by its various amenities, such as the stylish lounge bar and the fantastic on-site restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the Tribute Acts and Party Nights hosted in Rick's Bar, which added a fun and lively atmosphere to my evenings.
Minor maintenance issues such as a dirty teapot and some dust in the extractor fan slightly detracted from the experience.

Tidy and airy room with comfortable beds, decent employees with every reasonable request. Central location short in many areas. Also - short walk to the restaurant, and Coventry.

Fantastic view from my huge and airy room. Lots of food for a continental breakfast. Unbeatable location of the hotel to claim the gym is state of the art...

The restaurant served excellent food, with standout choices like various salads and delectable desserts. The experience was marred by disorganized chaos during check-out, as multiple events overlapped, causing long waits. The lack of grounds due to the golf course made it difficult to find a peaceful outdoor spot.

The setting and tudor design of the main building. The pool and spa area and the attention to detail which made it a real pleasure to use. Our room was convenient for the leisure centre.
Whilst our room was comfortable (room 30) it was small and rather cramped with little room between the bed and the dressing table. Being in a seperate building meant that we had to walk outside (raining) when going back to the main building and the dining room. The tennis courts are no longer in use and should be taken out of the internet site.

Very large, comfortable room with spacious and modern bathroom. Outstanding food and unfailingly pleasant staff, who did everything they could to please without ever going over the top. Peaceful surroundings and only sorry I did not have time to sample the golf course.
A couple of very minor maintenance jobs needed doing in the bedroom, which you have reminded me I did not report - will write later today.

The outstanding quality was the Staff. Without exception they were friendly and helpful - a rarity these days. The rooms were very clean and well furnished as was the hotel overall. Food was very good , both the main restaurant and bar snack menus were comprehensive and breakfast was superb. Though a mainline rail service runs close to the hotel, the noise level from trains was very low and unobtrusive. We travel extensively and internationally, Nailcote Hall compares well anywhere in value for money and local facilities.
